Charmaine is a rock star somellier and gave us great advice to select a rosé wine! The café has a very nice atmosphere. We didn't order food but it looked very appetizing.

Dining at Salon Vert in Printemps was like stepping into a dream of old-world luxury and refined indulgence. From the moment we sat down, we were swept away by not just the beauty of the space, but by the impeccable service—especially from Evan, the bartender and our guide for the afternoon meal.
Evan delivered extraordinary hospitality, with a depth of knowledge and charm that elevated every course. He seemed to know the menu like he had written it himself—offering expert pairings and thoughtful recommendations that made the entire experience feel curated just for us.
The highlight? A glass of champagne crafted exclusively for Printemps, named in honor of the owner’s wife. That kind of storytelling, that attention to detail, made the experience unforgettable.
Each bite was pure decadence—classic flavors with modern elegance. Salon Vert is a must for anyone seeking a refined, transportive culinary experience. Bravo.

Tucked away in the back of the new Printemps store, Salon Vert is a cute place to grab some small bites and a drink or two with a friend.
Menu wise, it’s pretty limited and seafood forward, so make sure to check in advance to see if there are any dishes that catch your eye. However, the dishes on their menu are definitely delicious, and beautifully presented. My friend and I shared some focaccia and small bites.
The shrimp cocktail stood out, having come out with an interesting take on a classic. There were toppings piled onto the shrimp that gave it a fuller taste. The oysters are also nice and fresh!
I had also ordered the pineau cobbler cocktail, which was fruity and tasty! It was on the sweeter side, which was what I wanted.
All in all, Salon Vert is definitely worth a visit! Just know that you would be grabbing a small bite rather than a full meal there. Feast your eyes on the stunning decor instead!

A lovely spot tucked inside Printemps — chic, relaxed, and perfect for an afternoon catch-up with friends. The cocktails are well done. I especially enjoyed the cauliflower (roasted, beautifully seasoned) and the shrimp cocktail.
It’s casual but with just the right touch of elegance. Great pause between shopping or as a light early dinner destination.

Salon Vert is a hidden gem in FiDi. Enjoying a nice drink and a bite after shopping has never been easier. It is very beautifully and thoughtfully designed - from the glasses and the cutlery to the chairs and the tables. The chocolate cake was delicious and the cocktails were had were very good as well. Will definitely enjoy a drink again next time we are in the store.

When does one go for lunch and ask only about the salad dressing? I did at Salon Vert. Last Friday, I went to Printemps. Hungry after window shopping, I decided to have something to eat. Located on the second floor this foliage pretty eating area is lovely. It has a bar area and comfortable seating. The menu had many tempting options so it was hard to narrow it down to just a quiche. The spinach and cheese quiche was accompanied by a side salad. The quiche was fairly small and tasted fine. The dressing of the salad was magical. Each bite of the salad sparkled with joy. I asked Karla and was told that there was a shallot confit in the dressing. Nick told me that if I preferred just the salad it would have the same dressing along with hazelnuts. Now that sounds rich! Service was efficient. The plates were pretty and sitting here was relaxing.
